We have a unique setup where we can share our work with independent contractors that also share our ideals and vision.
- Like most solar companies we believe in doing high quality work to promote the industry, our knowledge and provide a service to our clients
- We also believe that qualified and experienced solar contractors deserve to get paid a fair wage for their hard work.
- We can work with any single independent contractor or with an established company. Fill out the application form and we will give you a call.
- We do require that all independent contractors carry their own liability insurance.
- Experience will help you gain work more quickly. It is also possible you can gain experience by joining an existing crew and learning from them.
- Experience troubleshooting common solar issues working safely on roofs and with electrical equipment is the most valuable.
- We highly recommend taking all of the online training that you can find, much of it is freely available from the manufacturers.
